West Ham may be running out of time to land Burnley star, who is close to Rangers switch.

Rangers are closing in on signing Burnley talent Scott Arfield, SkySports report.
Arfield is out of contract at the end of the season, but Rangers may not have it their own way to sign the Canadian winger.
David Moyes’ West Ham could seek to hijack the Glasgow side’s move to bring him to Ibrox after expressing their interest in January.

The Sun report Moyes wanted Arfield during his time at Sunderland and was willing to pay £3 million to sign Arfield for the Hammers in January, but no deal was struck.
Now he is available on a free transfer, and West Ham could seek to strike a bargain by nabbing him on a free.
Rangers appear to be ahead in the race, perhaps catching the Hammers cold, and if Moyes maintains interest West Ham will have to consider stepping it up.
West Ham will be able to offer superior wages to Arfield than Rangers can, and this could be a swaying factor.
Arfield has not played since February due to a calf strain, which could have put potential suitors off making a move.
He had two goals and one assist in 18 Premier League games before his injury.
