Tottenham Hotspur might have to use Serge Aurier this weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Serge Aurier is an option for a first appearance of the season this weekend.
Aurier has only made the bench for Spurs once this season.
An injury to Kyle Walker-Peters at the weekend puts Aurier back in contention to feature in the North London derby.
Premier Injuries report Walker-Peters has a hamstring injury which is being assessed.
If Walker-Peters is injured to face Arsenal, then Aurier would climb back up the pecking order.
Juan Foyth, who was beginning to impress at right-back in pre-season, has been out injured too.
Aurier has disappointed since joining Tottenham in 2017.

He has been linked with an exit, with Goal reporting earlier this summer he was interesting Monaco.
It does not look at this stage that any bids are forthcoming for Aurier before the European transfer deadline.
This might work in Tottenham’s favour, as it seems they might need him anyway.
If the Ivory Coast international does get a chance, then he will have to make sure he takes it, especially if he goes up against international colleague Nicolas Pepe.
