Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool reportedly want Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa.

Federico Chiesa is one of the best young players in Europe, and there is no surprise that Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Liverpool all have been linked with the Fiorentina winger.
London duo Tottenham and Chelsea are interested in signing Chiesa from Fiorentina in the summer transfer window, according to Calciomercato.com, while The Guardian has credited Liverpool with interest in the Italy international winger.

However, both Tottenham and Liverpool – and Chelsea – could be priced out of a deal for the youngster due to Fiorentina’s reported demands.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Serie A outfit Fiorentina want as much as €70 million (£61.63m) in order to part company with Chiesa.

There is no doubt on the quality and potential of Chiesa, but it is hard to see any club pay over £60m for a 20-year-old, unless, of course, he is a young Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi – which the Fiorentina winger is not.
Fiorentina probably want to scare off clubs wanting to sign their prized asset, and perhaps this tactic will work, as Liverpool and Tottenham are unlikely to be willing to pay anywhere close the £61.63m that the Serie A outfit are reportedly demanding.
