Michael O’Halloran is yet to appear for Rangers since his return to Ibrox.

Graeme Murty has brought back a whole host of players from loan spells to include in his Rangers squad, including midfielder Andy Halliday who came off the bench at half-time during Wednesday’s 2-0 win over Partick.
The 43-year-old Rangers manager has even included Joe Dodoo in his matchday squad for the past two outings, although the former Leicester City attacker has remained an unused substitute for both matches.
However, with Dodoo now seemingly above another returning loanee – Michael O’Halloran – in the pecking order, should the latter be regretting his decision to return to Ibrox?

Dodoo did appear in the 3-0 win over Fraserburgh in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup last month, coming on as a substitute for 19 minutes. In what was a bitter snub for O’Halloran, the Scot was not even included in the squad.
O’Halloran, 27, was in good form for St. Johnstone during the first half of the season, scoring five goals in 16 Scottish Premiership appearances from out wide.
He returned to Rangers with Murty seemingly wanting to include him in his first-team plans after Pedro Caixinha had sent him out on loan in the first place. He featured in the trip to Florida against Corinthians and Atletico Mineiro.

Tommy Wright’s Saints wanted him back, but a loan spell for the second half of the season did not materialise with O’Halloran expected to be given a chance at Ibrox. However, that is yet to materialise.
Now, surely the versatile attacker will be regretting his decision to remain at Ibrox and would surely jump at the chance to have remained at McDiarmid Park.
It looks as though the former Bolton Wanderers ace will have to remain at Auchenhowie until the end of the season before departing the Light Blues, unless Murty changes his mind and gives the winger a run of games.
