Will Liverpool boss bring back Nathaniel Clyne if Joe Gomez is ruled out for the Man City games?

Liverpool fans have been rocked by Joe Gomez’s injury.
The 20-year-old right-back suffered an ankle injury within 10 minutes of England’s friendly win over the Netherlands on Friday.
Jurgen Klopp would have wanted to see all his players return from the international break healthy, with a Champions League tie with Manchester City on the horizon.
But if Gomez is ruled out for it, it could and probably should open the door for Nathaniel Clyne to make his long-awaited comeback.

The former Southampton man has missed the entire season with a back injury but returned to full training last month.
It seems only a matter of time before Klopp starts using him again, and now he could have the perfect excuse.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is a promising player, but do Liverpool fans really want to see him against someone of Leroy Sane’s menace for 180 minutes? The German winger has been one of the best players in the Premier League this season and surely Clyne is a much better option to combat the Man City ace.
Klopp’s side go to Crystal Palace on Saturday in what is their last game before the first leg, and maybe the German manager should bring Clyne back in preparation for the visit of City four days later.
