Jack Wilshere prepared to leave Arsenal so will Liverpool be getting ready to pounce?

Reports that Jack Wilshere is getting ready to leave Arsenal have once again arisen, with the Sun claiming the midfielder is becoming frustrated with contract negotiations.
Wilshere’s current deal at the Emirates Stadium expires this summer and the Gunners are only willing to offer the 26-year-old £90,000-a-week if he signs a new one – a 25 percent decrease on his current earnings.

This is despite the fact the England international has worked extremely hard this season to prove his fitness after a succession of injury problems in the past and has been praised for his performances in recent times.
Where next?
This news is sure to put many teams on alert, not least Liverpool whom the Sun also reported last month were prepared to sign Wilshere on a free transfer should he reject the chance to stay in North London.

Jurgen Klopp views the midfield ace as the ideal replacement for Emre Can, who is heavily linked with Juventus, having already achieved success with another player signed from Arsene Wenger’s side this season in Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Wilshere is likely to have looked at the way Oxlade-Chamberlain has developed at Anfield under Klopp and be tempted by the opportunity to do the same.
