Rangers manager Michael Beale has said that Alfredo Morelos is available to play against Ange Postecoglou’s Celtic at Ibrox in the Old Firm derby next week, as quoted in The Scottish Sun.
Beale’s Rangers will lock horns with Postecoglou’s Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership next Monday.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 12:30pm on January 2.
Beale said that that Colombia international striker Morelos will be fit to face the Bhoys in the Old Fiem derby.
As reported by The Scottish Sun, the 26-year-old striker went off injured against Motherwell on Wednesday.
Morelos suffered a hamstring injury, but he will be available to face Celtic after recovery, according to Beale.
Will Alfredo Morelos play for Rangers v Celtic?
Beale said: “Alfredo Morelos has trained and should be available along with Colak. Roofe is touch and go, he would definitely be available if Morelos doesn’t make it.”

Encouraging for the Gers
In our opinion, it is very encouraging for Rangers that Alfredo Morelos will be available to face Celtic.
The striker has not had the best of times at the Gers this season, but we all know that he is a very good player.
Morelos has been very good for Rangers over the years, and he could be massive against Celtic in the Old Firm derby.
The Rangers no. 20 has scored four goals and given two assists in 16 Scottish Premiership matches for the Gers so far this season.
