Manchester United have ramped up their pursuit of the Belgian, with Arsenal and Manchester City also interested.

Off the bat we can’t pretend to know the answer to that one, we’d be surprised if Hazard himself has made his mind up.
What we can say, is that Tottenham are the team that need Hazard more than any other.
When Spurs were plodding along nicely in third and aiming upwards, talk of Hazard’s arrival was only exciting fans even more.
After their late season collapse, which may not be over yet, it is fair to argue they need him more than ever.
Fans could argue that signing Hazard is the least of Tottenham’s problems right now, but that is too short term a view to take.
Looking long-term, securing the best young talent in Europe is the solution to the club’s difficulties.
Would Hazard be convinced to sign if Spurs do not achieve Champions League football?
That is the million-dollar question, but if Daniel Levy can sell the club to him effectively, it need only be a minor stumbling block to his personal ambition.
With supporters disheartened, and worried about potential outgoings ie. Luka Modric, signing Hazard quickly would give everyone connected with the club a huge lift, whether they finish 4th, 5th or 6th.
It would wipe away the gloom in an instance, and convince everybody that the club are determined to be successful in the future.
Of course the Manchester clubs will likely have their say in the matter, and whichever one misses out on the league will no doubt want to make a statement of their own.
But whatever happens, don’t discount Tottenham, they have been among Hazard’s longest suitors, with their team struggling on the pitch, they will be desperate to make an impact off the field.
