The Lazio ace is a reported transfer target for Chelsea, but Tottenham Hotspur should join the party.

According to a report from Italian media outlet Calcio Mercato, Chelsea are interested in signing Lazio ace Felipe Anderson this summer, and Tottenham should challenge their London rivals for his signature.
The 25-year-old is a versatile player who can operate in a variety of positions across midfield, as well as the right wing role, and he would be a superb addition to Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.
Anderson joined Lazio from Santos in the summer of 2013, and he has since gone on to establish himself as one of the Rome club’s most important players.

He has chalked up 34 goals and 42 assists in 177 appearances for Lazio, and his experience of playing regularly at the very highest level could prove to be crucial for Spurs next season.
Calcio Mercato claims that Chelsea are lining up a €40 million (£35 million) bid for the Brazilian this summer, and in today’s day and age that would represent decent value.
Tottenham quite simply must challenge the west Londoners for Anderson’s signature, however.
The Lazio ace possesses wonderful technical ability and has an impressive engine.

Anderson’s work ethic and team ethos is perfectly suited to the manner in which Spurs go about their business, and he would surely improve Tottenham on the whole.
The north Londoners could steal a march on Chelsea in the race for the Brazilian’s signature due to the fact that they can offer Champions League football, and if they manage to sign him for the £35 million that has been quoted, it could turn out to be a real coup for Spurs.
