PSG have entered the race to sign Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon but do Tottenham still have one final trump card up their sleeve?

Interest in Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon is hotting up, with the Mirror now reporting that Paris Saint-Germain have entered the race for the youngster’s signature.

Premier League trio Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are also understood to be keeping tabs, as are Spanish giants Real Madrid.

Sessegnon is still just 17-years-old, yet has already played 58 first team matches for the Cottagers and is valued at over £30m by his current club.

Spurs made a move to sign the teenager over the summer, but the left-back instead opted to sign a new contract at Craven Cottage to keep him in West London until 2020.

PSG believe the fact Sessegnon, who is the cousin of Benin international Stephane Sessegnon, can speak French will aid them in their pursuit of the full-back but Tottenham still hold one trump card over all other interested parties.

With Sessegnon still being so young and his family living in London this should perhaps be understandable and with Mauricio Pochettino having such a strong reputation of nurturing emerging talent, could the North Londoners still land their man?
