David Moyes is coming under increasing pressure at West Ham after another loss on the weekend and Rafa Benitez could reportedly replace him – so, Benitez could come in and scupper an Everton move for Michail Antonio this month.
West Ham suffered a 1-0 loss to Wolves on the weekend. Moyes and West Ham have not won a Premier League game since the end of October. Italian site CM say that Benitez, who last managed Everton, is the ‘likely replacement’.
Whether or not West Ham make a decision on Moyes remains to be seen. A crucial game against Everton, ironically, awaits Moyes this weekend. Anything but a win and the Hammers may choose to sack Moyes due to a lack of form.
A move to West Ham for Benitez would see him return to the Premier League for a fifth spell. That is, after Liverpool, Chelsea, Newcastle and Everton. But a move to Everton could see Benitez throw a spanner in the works for Everton.

TalkSPORT claim that Everton are interested in a move to sign Antonio. The Jamaica international is struggling for form, and to start regularly for West Ham. The Hammers are showing interest in Terem Moffi, making an offer to sign him.
Everton desperately need a striker. Dom Calvert-Lewin is back from injury, but is yet to score following his return. Neal Maupay has been poor since his move from Brighton to Everton. The Toffees need more fire power to avoid relegation.
So, they are looking at a surprise move to sign Antonio. If Benitez comes in for Moyes, it will be interesting to see if he is willing to let Antonio go. But with Everton a direct rival, he would surely stop a move for Antonio to his old club.
