The Leeds United stopper must prepare for next season by getting some regular first-team football under his belt.
Leeds United have a lot of goalkeepers on their books right now, but the most promising is one that has barely featured for the first-team to date.
Bailey Peacock-Farrell may only be 20 yet he is already generating plenty of buzz at Elland Road and in time he is expected to become the Whites’ first-choice stopper.
With just a single senior start under his belt, he still has some way to go before he is featuring week in, week out. However this month offers the perfect chance for the youngster to get the experience he needs to step up.
Having recovered from hand surgery, Peacock-Farrell should seriously consider a loan move to ensure he makes the most of the next few months.
With Rob Green, Marco Silvestri and Ross Turnbull all – rightly or wrongly – ahead of him in the pecking order, there is little chance of the 20-year-old playing for Leeds this season.

In contrast, he could get experience elsewhere, most likely at a lower league club, and then return when some of his competitors have moved on.
It would be a surprise if either Turnbull or Silvestri remained at Leeds next season, and Peacock-Farrell could use the next few months to build his confidence before returning as a number two with a viable challenge to be number one.
