Simon Jordan has said on talkSPORT that Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United will not be able to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.
The former Crystal Palace owner has said that Bellingham would not see Newcastle as a club who could satisfy his immediate ambition.
Jordan has noted that former Tottenham Hotspur right-back Kieran Trippier did move to Newcastle despite being a La Liga winner with Atletico Madrid and playing in the UEFA Champions League.
The full-back switched to Newcastle, owned by a consortium headed by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), at a time when the Magpies were in serious danger of getting relegated to the Championship.
However, the talkSPORT pundit does not think that 19-year-old England international midfielder, who is having a wonderful 2022 Qatar World Cup, will make the move to St. James’ Park anytime soon.
Bellingham is a player in demand and has been linked with Liverpool and Real Madrid among other clubs.
The Times have reported that Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea all are keen on the 19-year-old, who is valued at £130 million.

Simon Jordan says Jude Bellingham won’t move to Newcastle United
Jordan said: “Why would Jude Bellingham go to a work in progress?”
The pundit added: “If he is going for £130 million, he is going to get £200,000, £300,000, £400,000 per week, and obviously why would he go to Newcastle?
“It’s one thing Kieran Trippier buying into the vision, it’s another thing the most sought-after player in European football signing at this stage. I might be wrong, but I suspect I am not.”
