Jordan Graham cut be set for a spell in limbo after returning to Wolverhampton Wanderers early from a loan spell at Fulham.

Graham only played 33 minutes of Championship football for the Cottagers, who he joined on a season-long deal in August.

And the winger is unlikely to fare much better at Wolves, where he’ll have Diogo Jota, Ivan Cavaleiro and Helder Costa for company in his position – as well as fringe players Ben Marshall and Michal Zyro.

Another loan move could appeal to Graham, who hasn’t played regular football since suffering a knee ligament injury exactly two years ago.

But having already appeared for Wolves this season, the 22-year-old cannot turn out for a third club until 1st July 2018 – as per FIFA rules.

A frustrating six months could therefore be in store for Graham – and perhaps would have awaited him either way – unless he can break into Wolves’ first team, or Fulham experience an unlikely change of heart.
