Liverpool are battling Manchester City for trophies. Jadon Sancho could make a difference.

Liverpool were pipped to the Premier League title by Manchester City last season.
This year the Reds have laid down a marker that they are ready to go again, winning all four of their opening games.
City are not daunted, and part of the irritation for Liverpool is that Raheem Sterling has inspired City’s success.
City paid £49 million to sign wantaway Sterling in 2015, and it is beginning to look like a bargain, as frustrating as that is for Liverpool supporters.
Liverpool can turn the tables this summer by making a move for Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
Sancho was at Manchester City before pushing for an exit in 2017.

Now he is an England international, who at just 19 could become England’s most expensive ever player at twice the value of Sterling.
The Mirror reported last year Sancho was on Liverpool’s radar, and the Reds should prioritise him.
Sancho has repeatedly been linked to Manchester United, although Liverpool should be confident that their status as reigning Champions League winners would give them an edge.
For Manchester City, the prospect of Sancho heading to Anfield instead of Old Trafford should be far scarier.
Nether would be pleasant for City, but Sancho signing for Liverpool would have more of a direct impact on them.
Liverpool are ready made already to threaten City’s pursuit of silverware, and Sancho would improve them even further.
Suddenly Liverpool supporters’ frustrations about selling Sterling and watching him flourish at City, would be wiped away.
