Chelsea are said to be looking to sell the pair, and Everton would be an ideal destination for them both.

Chelsea's Asmir Begovic

According to the Guardian, Bournemouth are lining up a £30 million double-deal which would be perfect for Everton.

Bournemouth are said to be chasing both Nathan Ake and Asmir Begovic from Chelsea this summer.

The pair are both reportedly open to moves away from Stamford Bridge, after failing to break into Antonio Conte’s first-team this season.

The Cherries are at the head of the queue to sign the duo, but Everton should join Eddie Howe’s side in the race for their signatures.

Everton are known to be looking for both a goalkeeper and a defender this summer, and Begovic and Ake would both fit in well.

Begovic is an extremely reliable stopper, who would be a considerable upgrade on either Maarten Stekelenburg and Joel Robles.

Ake, meanwhile, looks to be a hugely exciting talent – who is more than capable of playing a role in the Premier League.

With Everton already having a large amount of exciting youngsters in their squad, Ake would be an ideal fit for their current dressing room.

And if Chelsea are willing to part company with both Ake and Begovic, then the Toffees seriously need to be considering making a bid to take the pair off the Premier League champion’s hands.
