Aston Villa have signed a player who Leeds United desperately need.

Aston Villa announced the capture of Wolverhampton Wanderers’ defender Kortney Hause on Monday, and Leeds United fans might be feeling a little jealous.
Hause joins Aston Villa on loan until the end of the season.
It’s a wonderful signing for the Villans and one that Leeds really should’ve tried for.
The Whites’ three successive recent defeats have prompted debate over whether Marcelo Bielsa has enough tall defenders, considering that United have been looking increasingly vulnerable from set pieces.
By virtue of the fact that the 23-year-old centre-back is a towering figure at 6’3, you could argue that he would’ve been the perfect addition by Leeds.
There are plenty of tall defenders who are, well, useless, but Hause certainly isn’t one of them and he will most likely remind the Championship of his qualities over the next five months.
The Elland Road side had a solid and brilliant combination of Pontus Jansson and Kyle Bartley in the heart of their defence during the 2016-17 campaign under Garry Monk.
Bartley is only one inch taller than the new Aston Villa star and you wonder if Leeds missed a trick by not trying to bring him to West Yorkshire.
