Leeds United have been linked with a loan move for the Benfica winger.

Leeds United would benefit from adding to their squad to aid their quest to earn a spot in the Championship play-offs, and bringing in winger Chris Willock on loan from Benfica would be a step forward.
According to The Mirror (live transfer blog, 11.14am), several Premier League and Championship clubs are interested in signing Willock, with Leeds among those monitoring the situation.
Willock left Arsenal last summer following the expiry of his contract and elected to join Benfica but has so far only featured for the Portuguese club’s B team, with it being anticipated that he will be loaned out this month so that he can gain valuable experience.
Capable of playing as an attacking midfielder or a winger, but usually deployed on the left flank, Willock is an exceptional dribbler and a fine distributor of the ball.

In recent years he has become stronger physically and increasingly tactically aware, with the 19-year-old a very exciting prospect indeed.
It is true that Willock lacks experience of senior football, but he frequently trained with the first-team at Arsenal and was on the periphery of the senior squad last season.

Given his directness and flair, it is certainly worth Leeds taking a risk on Willock in this transfer window, with the prospect capable of playing a major part in the club’s quest to finally secure a return to the Premier League.
With this loan move, Leeds can save a significant amount of money and also potentially give themselves an extra edge in the second half of the season.
