Everton were reportedly willing to sell two-goal Premier League striker Cenk Tosun in January but he’s still at Goodison Park.

There are only three months left before another Premier League season is consigned to history. And that means that Cenk Tosun has roughly 12 weeks to save his Everton career.
The January transfer window proved to be a quiet one at Goodison Park with Everton, like many top flight clubs, seemingly accepting that it is not easy to find value-for-money signings midway through the campaign. But it seems inevitable that a new centre forward will be at the top of Marcel Brands’ tick-list heading into the summer.
Everton fans won’t need to be reminded, after all, that they are still lacking a reliable source of goals with Richarlison, who started the season in fine form, managing just two in his last 10 games in all competitions.

As a result, Tosun looks to be heading towards the exit with Everton crying out for an upgrade. The Turkish international might have even left in January, only for his £20 million price-tag to put off potential suitors, as reported by the Liverpool Echo.
Time is running down for Tosun, who has scored just three goals in 24 games this season. He has started three of Everton’s last four league matches but his inability to make any sort of an impact doesn’t bode well.
With May on the horizon, Tosun needs a change in fortunes and fast.
