Most Cardiff fans are now already quietly targeting the play-offs and the team must do the same.

There’s every chance of making it 10 points from 12 and that’ll lead the Bluebirds nicely into the hardest fixture in the league, Newcastle United away.
There’s still a long way to go for Cardiff and it’ll probably take some good form up until Christmas to become promotion contenders as such, but it’s a very realistic objective and Warnock’s men should focus on forcing their way into the mix.
