Spurs have been prolific when it comes to handing out new deals.

The way Tottenham Hotspur are going, even the White Hart Lane tea lady will soon be signed up until beyond 2020.

This week alone, Dele Alli, Danny Rose and Kyle Walker have each committed to long-term deals in north London, with Cristian Eriksen, Eric Dier and Tom Carroll having done likewise at the start of the month.

There are, however, a handful who are yet to renew and – in some cases – perhaps won’t. Head coach Mauricio Pochettino earlier suggested another new contract was set to be announced in the coming days (ESPN), but who could it be?

Cameron Carter-Vickers

The promising centre-back made his first start for the club in midweek and is said to have both the American and English FAs fighting over his services. Spurs are likely to view the teenager, whose contract expires in 2018, in a similar light.

Federico Fazio

Exiled to Roma for the season, it’s a surprise he’s still here. After this one, the Argentine has another year left to run.

Jan Vertonghen

The Belgian may be approaching his thirties, but he remains he key member of Spurs’ team. Again, he has less than two years to run. Expect this to be addressed soon.

Michel Vorm

The 32-year-old remains an able deputy, although whether that is still the case in 2018 remains to be seen. He is not a priority at this stage.

Could he be next? No

Kyle Walker-Peters

Another whose deal expires in less than two years’ time and another who Spurs appear to have high hopes for, although perhaps not as high as Carter-Vickers.
