Derby County, Blackburn Rovers, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Norwich City stars all feature.

The Championship provided some exciting football over the weekend as Leeds lost their first game under Darko Milanic and Nottingham Forest were held at home by Brighton.

Reading and Wolves shared the spoils in arguably the match of the weekend in a dramatic 3-3 draw, which saw both teams take something from the match up.

We’ve taken a look at the stats to see who were the best performers in a number of key areas.

David CotterillMFBirmingham1190
Daniel TözsérMFWatford1190
Nathan DelfounesoFWBlackpool1190

Chris Martin maintained an impressive start to the season with both goals in an away win at Bolton. If the Rams are to go one better this season and win promotion to the Premier League then he’s going to be integral in that success.

Jordan RhodesFWBlackburn6190
Lewis GrabbanFWNorwich5190

Blackburn definitely need to work on their accuracy and conversion rates because the stats suggest they really should have won against Watford. However, the three Rovers stars on this list is a positive to take from the 2-2 draw moving forward as the side looks to climb the table.

Lasse Vigen ChristensenMFFulham5190
Aron GunnarssonMFCardiff5190

Craig Forsyth was the most effective player when it came to winning tackles over the weekend. He stopped Bolton from being able to penetrate Derby’s back four and kept the ball in front of the defence where it was easier for them to contain Bolton over the game.

Bakary Sako gave the Reading defence some real problems and he’ll consider himself unlucky not to have ended up on the winning side during the 3-3 draw. The Wolves midfielder is one of the best in the Championship in terms of controlling the ball at pace and driving at the opposition.
