Leeds United have crashed out of the FA Cup having been thrashed 3-0 away at League Two side Crawley Town.
Many simply expected Leeds to coast past Crawley, but they came unstuck in a devastating second half display from John Yems’ side.
The opening goal was arguably the highlight of the game, with Nick Tsaroulla scoring a quite sublime solo strike to open the scoring.
Tsaroulla managed to twist and turn away from two Leeds players before driving into the box to fire a left-footed effort past Kiko Casilla.
This was a huge moment for Tsaroulla. He was on the books at Tottenham from the age of 12, but sadly didn’t make the grade and was released in 2018.
Tsaroulla was involved in a car crash in 2017 that hampered his development, forcing him to take a year out of the game before being picked up by Brentford in 2019.

After a year in their B team, Tsaroulla joined Crawley on a one-year deal in 2020, and today’s goal was his first ever professional strike.
The 21-year-old, who has played for Cyprus at Under-21 level, has now hit the headlines with his fine strike in a huge cup upset.
From the Spurs release to the car crash, Tsaroulla deserved to have a big moment – and it came today by dumping Leeds out of the FA Cup.
