Tottenham Hotspur made White’s 17th birthday one to remember.

Academy midfielder Harvey White was a surprise participant as Tottenham Hotspur’s first team trained on Wednesday, according to the player’s Instagram profile.

But who exactly is the 17-year-old, who was also celebrating his birthday that day?

5) Born in Maidstone, Kent, White was a regular for Tottenham’s Under-16s last season, scoring an impressive eight goals from midfield.

4) That form saw White called into Spurs’ U18s set up towards the end of last term, with his debut arriving against Norwich in April.

3) Earlier this month, White helped Tottenham’s U17s to Euro Youth Cup success, but he was back with the older age group for this week’s trip to Inter Milan, where he remained an unused substitute.
