Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson has revealed to The Yorkshire Evening Post that club chairman Massimo Cellino treats him like a son.
Jansson joined Championship club Leeds on a season-long deal from Italian outfit Torino in the summer of 2016.

The 25-year-old centre-back will make his deal at the Whites permanent in the summer of 2017 for a fee reported by The Yorkshire Evening Post to be around £3.5 million.
The Sweden international defender has disclosed the relationship he has with Leeds chairman Cellino.

“I know that Cellino likes me,” Jansson told The Yorkshire Evening Post. “He said that he loves me as his son.

“I always do my all for the club and the team. That’s how I am. I always give 100 per cent for the team and this club.”

Jansson is a very good defender and has established himself as a key player for Leeds. The Sweden international centre-back has also made himself a favourite among the Elland Road faithful as well and is very popular among the fans
The West Yorkshire outfit are going strong in the Championship at the moment and are genuine contenders for the playoffs.
The Whites will return to action on Sunday afternoon when they take on Huddersfield Townaway from home at the John Smith’s Stadium in the Championship on Sunday afternoon.
