‘Where is he?’: Some Liverpool fans worried after they can’t spot 30-year-old in training

Liverpool fans are worried about Jordan Henderson after he failed to appear in any of their training photos.

Henderson featured for Liverpool against Everton and almost scored the winner, before it was ruled out for offside.

But the England international has been struggling with an injury for much of the campaign to date.

Henderson missed Liverpool’s first few games this season, and while he did feature for England over the international break, he wasn’t available to start in every one of his country’s matches.

There are now concerns that Henderson is suffering some repercussions from his knock, as Liverpool’s captain was not seen in training yesterday.

While it is important to note that Liverpool have not confirmed that Henderson has a problem, and he could just have been given a rest, his absence is understandably a worry.

Liverpool are suffering badly with injuries at the moment, with Alisson, Thiago and Virgil van Dijk all on the treatment table.

And the last thing they need right now is for their captain to have suffered a set-back.
