The former Leeds United striker will leave Huddersfield Town at the end of the season.

Not long ago, Frank Mulhern was tipped to be the next big thing at Leeds United, so where has it all gone wrong?
Following his release from Elland Road, the Northern Irish striker found a new home at Huddersfield Town, taking up residence in their under-23 side as he bid to prove his worth. But as reported by the Terriers’ official website, the 20-year-old will be available for free this summer, leaving a huge question mark over his future.
Speaking to the print edition of the Mirror back on 20 September 2016, shortly after taking over at Leeds, Garry Monk said, “Frank has got a massive future.
“The Championship is tough and demanding, but Frank has the physical attributes to handle it and he can flourish, given a chance.”
The problem is, those chances did not come, and having been released from his second club in just five months, it remains to be seen how he can finally get a first-team breakthrough in the second tier.

Ultimately, he did not do enough to earn a new contract at Leeds and his brief period at Huddersfield has not gone any better.
A player once tipped for great things is faltering, yet given that he is still so young he has time to turn it round, provided his next move is also a smart one.
