It may be a weekend off for West Ham, but many of their players will be keeping themselves busy over the weekend representing their countries.

For Hammers fans looking to catch their players in action, most are available to watch on UK television – here is how.

The standout clash on Friday evening sees England resume hostilities with Scotland at Wembley. Aaron Cresswell received his first call up to the senior England squad ahead of the match, but faces a battle with fellow left-backs Danny Rose and Ryan Bertrand to make the starting XI.

To see if Cresswell makes his Three Lions bow, tune into ITV1 at 7.45pm.

At the same time over on Sky Sports 3, Dimitri Payet is likely to be lining up for France as they host Sweden in Paris. The two sides are tied at the top of Group A, meaning it is all to play for at the Stade de France.

To complete Friday’s action involving Hammers, Havard Nordtveit is in the Norway squad for their trip to face the Czech Republic. That Group C clash begins at 7.45pm and is live on Sky Sports 1 via the red button.

On Saturday lunchtime, tune into BT Sport 1 to see if Cheikhou Kouyate can help his Senegal side negotiate a tricky trip to South Africa. The match begins at 1pm, and Senegal will go five points clear of their opponents with a win.

Darren Randolph will be hoping for a starting berth in goal for the Republic of Ireland as they travel to face Austria in an important Group D tie. The West Ham stopper and his teammates currently sit second behind Serbia, but Wales and Austria are breathing down their necks.

For those wishing to see how Randolph fares, the match is live on Sky Sports 1 at 5pm on Saturday.

On Saturday evening, Simone Zaza will be hoping to put his indifferent club form behind him as he takes his place in the Italy squad for their match in Liechtenstein.

The Azzurri are level on points with Spain at the top of Group G, and will fancy their chances of boosting their goal difference against a team who have conceded 12 goals in their three group games so far. Italy’s match is live on Sky Sports 1 via the red button at 7.45pm.

Two more Hammers stars are in action on Sunday, with Andre Ayew continuing his comeback from injury as Ghana travel to Egypt (BT Sport 2, 4pm) and Edimilson Fernandes hoping for game time having received his first call up to the senior Switzerland squad for their clash with the Faroe Islands (Sky Sports 4 via the red button, 5pm).

Elsewhere, Sofiane Feghouli is part of the Algeria squad for their qualifier against Nigeria, which kicks off at 4pm on Saturday but is not being televised in the UK.
