Joe Rodon has been speaking to Tottenham’s official website about how he’s settled in to life in north London.
The 12-cap Wales international joined Spurs on deadline day in a move from Swansea, said to be worth £11 million.
Since then, he’s done well when José Mourinho has put him out on the pitch, which hasn’t been too often, it must be said.
Rodon has only started eight Premier League games this season, which might leave him feeling a bit disheartened.
However, if he is feeling down, then all he has to do is speak to Heung-min Son, who Rodon claims can make anyone smile no matter how bad a mood they’re in.
Football London quote the 23-year-old as saying: “Sonny’s hilarious, whenever you are down, you speak to Sonny and you’ll smile.
“I’m laughing now just thinking about him. I can’t describe him. He’s a great guy and a great character to have in the dressing room.”

That doesn’t surprise us at all.
It sounds like Son has a truly infectious personality.
The £22 million man is arguably one of the nicest footballers around, by the sounds of things.

Rodon also said that his fellow Welshman Gareth Bale has been ‘like a big brother’ to him at Hotspur Way.
With another Welshman in Ben Davies also at the club, Rodon has a good bunch around him to help ease him into life in the Premier League.
Hopefully, he can kick on next season and become a regular starter in Tottenham’s first-team.
