Roberto Firmino has alarmed some Liverpool fans on Twitter.
The Brazil international will play no part in Liverpool’s visit of Arsenal tomorrow due to injury.
Firmino suffered a hamstring problem in the Champions League win over Atletico Madrid and hasn’t been seen since.
But the 30-year-old has got some fans of the Anfield club worried after his latest Instagram upload.
The former Hoffenheim hitman posted a photo of himself wearing an oxygen mask.
And here’s how some supporters are reacting to the photo:

It isn’t confirmed but it’s possible that Firmino is simply undergoing oxygen therapy, which looks a lot more sinister than it is.
Harvey Elliott is sidelined with an ankle problem right now and the Liverpool youngster was also spotted wearing a similar device last month.
It seems like it’s all part of the healing process and considering Firmino’s pose in the photo, there’s nothing to worry about.
Firmino only scored nine goals in all competitions last season which, for him, was a dreadful return.
But this time around, the Liverpool attacker looks back to his best and had netted six in 11 games prior to his setback.
The sooner he is fit again for Jurgen Klopp, the better.
