Tottenham Hotspur are currently looking for a new permanent manager after parting company with Antonio Conte.
Plenty of names have been doing the rounds in terms of who could take the Spurs reins.
The likes of Julian Nagelsmann, Mauricio Pochettino, Luis Enrique and Roberto De Zerbi have been well documented.

More recently, there have been reports linking Zinedine Zidane with the Tottenham role.
According to Sky Sports Italia, the former Real Madrid boss is on the radar of the Tottenham board.
The 50-year-old has been out of work since leaving Los Blancos for the second time at the end of the 2020-21 season.
During his first spell at the Bernabeu, Zidane won three Champions League trophies in a row.
He was also linked with the France role before Didier Deschamps penned an extension with the 2018 champions.
Admittedly, the 50-year-old is probably more of an outsider for the role in comparison to other coaches.
Nevertheless, Zidane isn’t with a club at present, so that’s one less hurdle for Spurs to have to navigate.
The Real Madrid and France legend has also gone on record to sing Harry Kane’s praises.
Back in October 2017, Tottenham and Real were preparing to do battle in the Champions League group stages.
Sky Sports quoted Zidane as saying: “He is a fundamental player for Tottenham.
“He is very good in every aspect, but the best thing about him is that he’s always got the goal on his mind.
“He’s a very complete player even though he does not look it, but he always turns up when he needs to.”

Ambitious choice
Who knows, Zidane could well fancy the opportunity to manage Kane at Tottenham.
And as per the above report, he may just get the chance to do so.
At the same time, who can guarantee whether the England captain is even staying past the summer?
Besides, Tottenham have already tried their luck with two marquee names, and it hasn’t worked out.
It would be best for Spurs to go for a young, up-and-coming manager who can develop the club and develop alongside the club.
