Manchester United have cooled their interest in Paris Saint-Germain’s Lucas Moura, with French publication L’Equipe reporting Tottenham Hotspur could now sign the winger.

The Red Devils had seemed to have been leading the way for the Brazilian’s signature, but with them stepping back Spurs have quickly moved to the forefront.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino would like to recruit an attacking player and Moura himself favours a move to the Premier League, although chairman Daniel Levy would prefer any deal to initially be a loan in order to comply with financial fair play rules.

Lamela has recently returned to the fold for Pochettino’s side after more than a year out with injury and plays in the same position as Moura out on the right flank.
The arrival of the Brazil international would also see Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Heung-min Son questioning their position in the starting XI, with the trio currently those favoured in the attacking midfield three behind striker Harry Kane.
