Leeds United reportedly want the QPR dazzler.

London Football News claimed this week that Leeds United were set to make an approach for QPR star Luke Freeman.
This is a player Marcelo Bielsa should remember after the 27-year-old single-handedly beat Leeds in February.
It was only 1-0 and although Freeman scored the winner, United couldn’t lay a glove on him all night. He was outstanding.
Interestingly, then-QPR boss Steve McClaren sang his player’s praises afterwards and even said he was good enough for Bielsa’s side.
Here’s what McClaren said to West London Sport: “He’s someone who can play at the top of the Championship, could play in that Leeds team and could play in the Premier League, so we’re delighted to have him here.”
It’ll be interesting to see if Bielsa feels the same, and agrees that he’s good enough for his team.
Seven goals and six assists from a number 10 role isn’t bad at all and, considering he’d be surrounded by much better attacking players at Elland Road, those stats would undeniably increase if he signed.
Time will tell whether United really want him or whether it’s just an early example of the rumour mill doing its thing, but McClaren seems to believe that he’s Leeds standard and we’ll see if Bielsa and the Whites’ hierarchy think so too.
