Some Liverpool fans on social media are utterly baffled after five different players appeared to miss training ahead of their game against Manchester United.

Indeed, photos emerged of the Reds’ session on Tuesday, and the likes of James Milner, Ozan Kabak, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keita and Ben Davies were all missing from the pictures.

Of course, this led to Liverpool supporters speculating that the side had been hit with another spate of injuries, and to be fair, that does seem logical.

Oxlade-Chamberlain and Keita are notoriously injury-prone, while we know that Kabak is a doubt for the United clash.

Liverpool have been haunted by injuries all season, and at this point, questions have to be asked about the club’s training regime as players seem to consistently be picking up knocks.

Some Liverpool fans certainly have questions about what they’re doing in training, with some supporters now seemingly convinced that the new AXA Training Centre is cursed, while another fan humorously quipped that the players must be having UFC-style sessions to warm up.

Regardless of the theories, Liverpool supporters are seemingly convinced that something’s not quite right in training, and here’s what they’ve been saying on social media…
