Marcus Rashford is looking for a way out of Manchester United, and two European giants are now showing interest.
With pre-season training beginning next week, Marcus Rashford is set to return to Carrington and face an awkward reunion with Ruben Amorim. But it doesn’t seem like the 27-year-old forward will be sticking around for long with Amorim set to drop Rashford from the tour squad. An exit this summer is inevitable.

Rashford’s “dream” is to join Barcelona, but the Spanish giants are hesitant to meet Man United’s £40m demand. However, Bayern Munich are showing interest in Rashford, meaning the United star could have options this summer.
Marcus Rashford prefers Barcelona over Bayern Munich
Since it became clear that Aston Villa would not be buying Marcus Rashford permanently, he has been publicly flirting with a move to Barcelona.
Rashford spoke about playing with Lamine Yamal in a recent interview, and it has been widely reported that Camp Nou is his favoured destination this summer.

And despite Bayern’s interest, it’s believed Rashford still prefers a move to Spain.
Transfer expert Graeme Bailey has spoken exclusively to United in Focus about Bayern’s interest in Rashford, and he insists that a move to Barcelona remains Rashford’s top priority.
“Rashford in theory is keeping his options open and a move to a club like Bayern Munich would be taken serious, but the simple fact is that he remains focused on Barcelona,” Bailey said.
“And I am told this is not a one-way street – Nico Williams aside, Barcelona do want Rashford and have made that clear over this summer.”
Rashford is just one of several players that Bayern are checking on, with their approach for Luis Diaz rejected by Liverpool.
Man United continue to demand £40m for Rashford’s signature this summer. With Rashford preferring a move to Barcelona, it is unlikely that Bayern will sit and wait without any guarantees that the player wants to join.
Barcelona continue Marcus Rashford talks with striker position available
While Barcelona have been hesitant about United’s £40m asking price, the Spanish side remain in talks with Rashford over a potential move this summer.

Within the last week, Barcelona spoke with Rashford to inform him they remain interested and want him to join this summer, but their move for Nico Williams remains complicated.
Rashford’s willingness to play as a striker could save the deal with Barcelona confident that he could play centrally in Hansi Flick’s side.
“Barcelona see Rashford as someone who can play across the frontline including, importantly, centrally,” Bailey added.
Barcelona backed away from Jonathan David this summer, and one reason is that they believe Rashford could play as a centre-forward if he joins.
