Tottenham Hotspur fans are shocked by claims that Fulham are trying to rival them in the battle to sign Milan Skriniar.
The Sun claim that Fulham are now after Skriniar, as they look to rival Tottenham to the Inter Milan central-defender.
Spurs have been in discussions with Inter over the last week, as they look to seal a deal for the Slovakian.
And it is fair to say that Spurs fans are not unduly concerned by Fulham’s apparent interest.
If Fulham could pull off a deal for Skriniar then it would be quite a coup for the newly promoted side.
Scott Parker’s men could have some persuading to do if they are to stand a chance of signing the Slovakian though.
Fulham have started the campaign poorly, and a move to Tottenham would surely be considerably more appealing to the player.
Jose Mourinho’s side have shown real signs of promise over the early part of the campaign, and there is a feeling that Skriniar could well become a regular starter for Spurs fairly quickly, if he was to arrive.
