Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after Harvey Elliott posted a photo of himself during his recovery from injury.
What’s the story?
Well, the 18-year-old is still rehabilitating after suffering a left ankle fracture-dislocation in the 3-0 win over Leeds.
Yesterday, Elliott posted a photo of himself laying on bed with quite a big mask across his face, which left some Liverpool fans confused.
One asked what the teenager was doing.
As another supporter explained, it seems as if Elliott is being given additional oxygen to help speed up the recovery process.
It does, however, make him look rather like Bane from Batman!
Nevertheless, it’s good to see Liverpool and Elliott using everything they can to make the recovery process go as smoothly as possible.
When will Liverpool have Harvey Elliott back?

Liverpool haven’t actually put a timescale on Elliott’s return, which is probably a sensible thing to do.
According to the Daily Mail, the wonderkid could be back in six months due to the quick thinking of Liverpool’s physios at Elland Road.
Elliott’s dislocated ankle was put back in on the pitch, which aids his recovery far more than if it had been done any later.

In that respect, seeing as the injury occurred in September, Liverpool could have their No.67 back around February or March.
Hopefully, all goes to plan, and Elliott doesn’t suffer any setbacks.
For now, let’s see what the Liverpool fans on Twitter have been saying about his Instagram photo…
