Reports in Italy this week are suggesting that Tottenham Hotspur are set to make a big summer move for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.
Tuttomercatoweb is reporting that Spurs are hoping to bring in the talented Croatian international, with an apparent €25 million (£21.8 million) being lined up as an opening bid for the Nerazzurri star.
Spurs should certainly be showing their interest in such a talented player, but that does it mean for Harry Winks?
The 21-year-old midfielder has been in the news this week after his excellent display v Millwall at the weekend. He pulled the strings against the League One side as Spurs cruised to a 6-0 triumph.
He is being tipped for great things at Spurs but Winks will also be aware he is not the first. Ryan Mason, Nabil Bentaleb and Tom Carroll have been in a similar position before. Soon enough, new faces arrived, and they became surplus.

Winks looks a special case, but Brozovic is such a similar player, with more experience, that it would be wrong if alarm bells did not ring for the talented Spurs youngster.
He will have to work hard and prove himself worthy of a chance over the arrival of the Croatian in the months to come.
