Some Leeds United fans on social media have been reacting after they were linked with a summer move for Liverpool’s Neco Williams.
The Whites are reportedly one of the clubs keen on the Welsh international after it was reported he could leave Anfield in a deal worth £10m this summer, and as you can imagine, Leeds fans had plenty to say about this.
There was something of a split reaction amongst the fanbase about this rumour, with some fans claiming that £10m would be a good deal for the youngster, while others said that he’s not needed due to the quality Leeds already have with Luke Ayling at right-back.
Inevitably, some Leeds fans had questions about Raphinha after this rumour emerged. It’s no secret that Liverpool have been strongly linked with Leeds’ Brazilian superstar, and with Williams able to play at right-midfield, some fans are worried that this could be a sweetener in that deal.
Of course, there’s nothing to suggest that is the case as of yet, but it’s certainly something some supporters are considering.
