Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Layvin Kurzawa this summer, according to RMC Sport.

The France international is a first-team regular at Paris Saint-Germain but reports in France suggest that Tottenham are keen on signing him.

If they do, would it be a clear indication that Danny Rose could be moving on?

Kurzawa is also a left-back and signing him surely means that he would either replace the Spurs star or team-mate Ben Davies, but given the imminent and inevitable summer speculation about Rose and Manchester United, it seems more likely that Rose will leave North London than the Welshman.

Back in December, The Daily Mail reported that United were ‘confident’ of striking a £50m deal for the England international and, after his explosive interview last summer, in which he criticised a number of different facets of Spurs’ off-the-field business, it wouldn’t be a surprise if there were lots of rumours.

For now, that’s all Kurzawa is – a rumour – but it would make sense that he arrives as Rose’s replacement, not his team-mate.
