Newcastle United striker Ayoze Perez is said to be of interest to Tottenham Hotspur.

Newcastle lost 1-0 to Spurs at Wembley when the two sides met back in February.
“We know they are a very good team, they play very good football, they push you and force you to be in those positions,” Perez said.
“We knew we would have chances and we did, [but] we didn’t score. If you don’t score against this kind of team, it’s not easy to get something.”
Perez went from strength to strength after that match against Tottenham, with the Newcastle forward finishing the season very strongly.

The Spaniard hit eight goals in his last nine Newcastle games this season to reportedly attract the attentions of Spurs.
Tottenham are thought to be wanting to add to their squad this summer, with Pochettino looking to make his first signing in over a year.
If Perez was to make the move for Spurs he would be in competition with the likes of Heung-Min Son, Harry Kane and Lucas Moura for a first-team place.
According to the Daily Express, Newcastle want £30 million before they would consider selling Perez.
