Some Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation on the future of John Terry.
According to The Daily Mail, Villa assistant manager Terry is interested in becoming the new Bristol City manager.
It has been reported that the Chelsea legend has expressed an interest in taking charge of the Championship club.
However, Villa manager Dean Smith has told Sky Sports that he has spoken to the Englishman, who has said to him that he is fully committed to the Villans.
The 39-year-old former England International central defender has been the assistant manager of Villa since 2018.
Some Villa fans have given their take on speculation on the future of Terry on Twitter, and it seems that they are not overly fussed about him potentially leaving, pointing out that defensively the team have been poor this season.
Villa are third from bottom in the Premier League table at the moment with 30 points from 35 matches and have conceded 65 goals in the league so far this season, and Smith’s side are in real danger of going back down to the Championship.
