Some West Ham fans on social media have been once again raving over Craig Dawson after their 3-0 win over Sheffield United.
After a 3-0 victory, you’d usually expect fans to all be talking about the attacking talents on the pitch, but it was seemingly a centre-back that caught the eye more than anyone else.
Indeed, supporters were full of praise for Dawson, and we can understand exactly why.
He was impossible to get past on Monday, and as much as Sheffield United were knocking on the door, Dawson made sure that they held strong.
Perhaps Dawson was due a lot of praise because he wasn’t playing alongside his regular centre-back partner Angelo Ogbonna, with Issa Diop instead lining up next to him on Monday.
Ogbonna has often got a lot of praise this season, but on Monday, Dawson proved he can be just as good without the Italian next to him.
The Watford loanee is proving week after week to be one of the signings of the season, and West Ham fans seemingly can’t stop talking about him.
