Yann M’Vila praised William Saliba on Instagram after Arsenal secured a late and dramatic 2-1 win over Fulham in the Premier League on Saturday.

Four wins from four Premier League games. Sitting top of the table. And Mikel Arteta’s side playing some exhilarating football.

Will the real Arsenal please stand up? Or perhaps the Gunners of old are starting to resurface from their legendary days once more?

It’s a long way to go, but this Champions League-chasing team is looking like a million dollars and they have star players littered across the pitch.

One of them includes highly-rated defender, Saliba, who has had quite a few years since he put pen-to-paper on a contract at the Emirates Stadium.

It only took him three years to make his senior debut – going out on loan during that period – and what a call that was by Arteta because his progression had been incredible.

When Saliba posted on IG ‘what a feeling’ to the win against Fulham, previous Arsenal transfer target M’Vila simply posted in the comments section ‘what a player’.

ARSENAL ON THE CHARGE

There’s no stopping this Arsenal team, at the minute, and there is no reason why they can’t make it five wins from five against Aston Villa on Wednesday night.

Steven Gerrard watched his team slump to a third defeat in four on Sunday when West Ham United secured a 1-0 win at Villa Park.

The tale of the two teams is very different, one team’s form is reaching the skies and the other team is struggling to pick themselves up from the floor.

There is a stark difference in style of play by Arteta’s players and what they are producing, whilst there is no clue as to what Gerrard is dishing out in B6, despite being in the job since last November.

So, a 1-0 win for Villa it is next Wednesday! That’s how football works, right?
