The former Liverpool star has been hugely impressed by Felix, and believes that he would be a brilliant signing for Liverpool.

Joao Felix would make Liverpool better

In our view, Joao Felix would be a brilliant signing for Liverpool and would make the Reds a much better team.

The 22-year-old Portugal international is a very versatile player who can operate as a forward, winger or attacking midfielder.

Felix cost Liverpool £113 million n transfer fees when they signed him from Benfica in 2019 (BBC Sport).

So we suspect that the former Spanish champions are not going to sell him for anything less.

Felix has not been able to showcase his full potential at Atletico due to the nature of football that the Madrid club play, and he could really explode under Klopp at Liverpool.

The 22-year-old made 13 starts and 11 substitute appearances in La Liga for Atletico last season, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in the process.

Felix also scored one goal and provided one assist in the Champions League for Atleti last season.
