Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has responded to Hector Bellerin’s post on Instagram following his departure from the Gunners and move to Barcelona.
Bellerin has left Arsenal on a free transfer after terminating his contract with the North London club on summer transfer deadline day.
The 27-year-old Spanish right-back was on the books of the Gunners from 2011 until yesterday.
Bellerin scored eight goals and created 32 big chances in 183 appearances in the Premier League during his time at Arsenal.
The Spaniard has posted an emotional message to Arsenal on Instagram following his departure, and Arsenal midfielder Xhaka has responded to it, as you can see below.
Granit Xhaka’s message to Hector Bellerin after Arsenal exit

In our opinion, Hector Bellerin’s departure from Arsenal made sense.
The right-back spent the 2021-22 season on loan at Real Betis and was clearly not in the plans of Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta.
Bellerin is 27 now, and his best years are ahead of him.
The defender has not been the same his injury problems, but he is fit now and could get back to his best at Barcelona.
Barcelona are one of the biggest clubs in the world and will be determined to win the La Liga title this season.
