Some Tottenham fans on social media aren’t very impressed after The Athletic reported that the club are already hoping that Mauricio Pochettino will return to north London after Antonio Conte’s spell at Spurs.
Conte has only just arrived at Spurs, but the club are already thinking about a possible replacement.
Conte is one of the most successful managers in modern history, but for some reason, Spurs are looking at Pochettino, a manager who is yet to win a major trophy that isn’t the Coupe de France.
Spurs fans may have plenty of affection for Pochettino due to his achievements with Spurs, but they seemingly do not want to see him back.
Indeed, supporters acknowledge that the club needs a proven winner and the fact that they’re already looking at someone like Pochettino to replace Conte isn’t a good sign in their eyes.
