Some Liverpool fans are over the moon after hearing they’ve contacted Inter Milan about potentially signing Nicolo Barella this summer.
The Reds are certainly in need of a new midfielder after the departure of Georginio Wijnaldum, and it looks as though they fancy signing Barella.
Sadly, Inter have insisted that Barella is not for sale. However, there could still be a chance of a move as the Italian outfit still need to make sales to make up for their poor financial situation.
The interest is certainly there from Liverpool, and supporters are definitely backing the deal, coming out in their droves on social media to express excitement about the Italian potentially moving to Anfield.
Will this move happen? Well, it’s hard to say right now, but the Reds are seemingly keen on him and it would be a popular move amongst fans if Liverpool could pull it off.
