Eddie Howe has given his reasoning behind why his summer move to Celtic collapsed following weeks of talks and speculation.
Speaking to the Daily Record, the Newcastle manager said that he was unable to assemble a backroom staff when in discussions with the Hoops. Howe was linked with Celtic for most of the summer.
