Hammers January signing Robert Snodgrass has failed to settle in east London, following his January move to the club, and could be deemed surplus to requirements, if Slaven Bilic manages to secure some of his key attacking targets this month.
There will surely be a lengthy queue for the 29-year-old, should he be made available, and the Hoops should seriously consider making an approach for the Scot, should they fail to land Patrick Roberts on a permanent basis.
Snodgrass is technically gifted, and is capable of playing anywhere along the front-line, which would provide Brendan Rodgers with the ability to play with more tactical flexibility, without having to use his substitutes.
He is also a set-piece specialist, which would be a fantastic asset to the Glasgow giants, considering the height they have in their side.
The Bhoys enjoyed a fantastic season last term, going the entire domestic campaign unbeaten, but Rodgers has made no secret of his desire for his side to make genuine progress on the continent.
And Snodgrass, what with his wealth of Premier League experience, could be just the man for the job.
His addition to the Celtic side would surely help bring out the best in both Leigh Griffiths and Moussa Dembele, what with his expert vision and pinpoint delivery.

The former Hull City man is under contract until 2020 at the London Stadium, and after West Ham shelled out around £10 million to sign him just five months ago, they will surely want to recoup at least that amount, if they decide to sanction his exit from the club this summer.
He is currently on £40,000 per week, according to the Daily Star, which could pose a problem for Celtic, whose current top earners command a weekly wage of around £25,000.
If some kind of compromise can be met, however, Snodgrass would surely prove to be an excellent signing for the Hoops.
